Meet the Artist
Jacob Garcia is a local artist in San Antonio that developed an interest in the arts at an early age. Jacob was born deaf and he quickly learned that the arts enabled him to express his emotions, ideas, and creativity. Jacob's passion for the arts is clearly evident in the qualtiy of work he creates. Jacob has many interests that also influence his work. He enjoys the outdoors, where you can find him fishing, snow skiing and is always up for a tennis match. Jacob also volunteers much of his time mentoring deaf teens through Deaf Young Life. Jacob's faith and life experiencs often comes to life through his art. It is Jacob's hope that his work will invoke your thoughts, emotions, and stir your soul as it does him.
